Responsibilities

- Support event setup and pack-down - Train and mentor casual team members - Manage bookings and guest enquiries - Maintain cleanliness of work and dining areas - Deliver friendly, efficient service to guests - Prepare and present food and beverages to standard

Requirements

- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate - Friendly, customer-focused attitude - Food safety certificate is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
