Responsibilities

- Assist with daily living activities for clients - Monitor and record patient vitals and progress - Liaise with families and other health professionals - Provide direct patient care in line with clinical guidelines

Requirements

- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends - Relevant qualification (Cert III/IV, Diploma or Degree) in the field - Current AHPRA registration where applicable - National Police Check and Working with Children Check
