Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient service to guests - Train and mentor casual team members - Prepare and present food and beverages to standard - Manage bookings and guest enquiries - Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately
Requirements
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays - Prior experience in a similar hospitality role - Food safety certificate is a plus - RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate
