Littel, Bahringer and Kshlerin is looking for a Chef de Partie to join our Launceston team. Stand-alone disintermediate focus group.

Responsibilities

- Manage bookings and guest enquiries - Support event setup and pack-down - Deliver friendly, efficient service to guests - Train and mentor casual team members - Maintain cleanliness of work and dining areas

Requirements

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate - Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays - Prior experience in a similar hospitality role - Food safety certificate is a plus
