Responsibilities
- Process sales, returns and exchanges - Resolve customer queries and complaints - Open and close the store following procedures - Manage stock levels and assist with inventory counts - Maintain visual merchandising standards
Requirements
- Comfortable using POS systems - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
