Responsibilities

- Support event setup and pack-down - Deliver friendly, efficient service to guests - Manage bookings and guest enquiries - Prepare and present food and beverages to standard - Train and mentor casual team members - Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately

Requirements

- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate - Prior experience in a similar hospitality role - Food safety certificate is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
