Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness of work and dining areas - Deliver friendly, efficient service to guests - Support event setup and pack-down - Manage bookings and guest enquiries - Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately - Prepare and present food and beverages to standard

Requirements

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Food safety certificate is a plus - Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays - Friendly, customer-focused attitude - RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate
