- Resolve customer queries and complaints - Achieve individual and team sales targets - Maintain visual merchandising standards - Manage stock levels and assist with inventory counts - Open and close the store following procedures - Process sales, returns and exchanges
Requirements
- Flexible availability including weekends - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift stock - Previous retail or customer service experience preferred - Comfortable using POS systems
