- Manage stock levels and assist with inventory counts - Process sales, returns and exchanges - Open and close the store following procedures - Achieve individual and team sales targets - Maintain visual merchandising standards - Resolve customer queries and complaints
Requirements
- Flexible availability including weekends - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift stock - Comfortable using POS systems - Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
