Description
Swaniawski - Stamm is looking for a Department Supervisor to join our Devonport team. Face to face cohesive structure.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the store following procedures - Process sales, returns and exchanges - Resolve customer queries and complaints - Manage stock levels and assist with inventory counts - Maintain visual merchandising standards
Requirements
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift stock - Comfortable using POS systems - Previous retail or customer service experience preferred - Flexible availability including weekends - Strong communication and teamwork skills
