Description
O'Keefe Inc is looking for a Checkout Operator to join our Newcastle team. Total systematic methodology.
Responsibilities
- Maintain visual merchandising standards - Manage stock levels and assist with inventory counts - Resolve customer queries and complaints - Process sales, returns and exchanges - Achieve individual and team sales targets - Provide excellent customer service on the shop floor
Requirements
- Flexible availability including weekends - Previous retail or customer service experience preferred - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Comfortable using POS systems - Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift stock
