Koepp Group is looking for a Aged Care Worker to join our Canberra team. Expanded contextually-based system engine.

Responsibilities

- Liaise with families and other health professionals - Administer medication under supervision - Support infection control and hygiene standards - Maintain accurate clinical documentation - Assist with daily living activities for clients - Provide direct patient care in line with clinical guidelines

Requirements

- Relevant qualification (Cert III/IV, Diploma or Degree) in the field - Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends - Current AHPRA registration where applicable - National Police Check and Working with Children Check
