Responsibilities

- Maintain visual merchandising standards - Resolve customer queries and complaints - Manage stock levels and assist with inventory counts - Open and close the store following procedures - Process sales, returns and exchanges - Provide excellent customer service on the shop floor

- Flexible availability including weekends - Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift stock - Strong communication and teamwork skills
