Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales targets - Process sales, returns and exchanges - Maintain visual merchandising standards - Resolve customer queries and complaints - Manage stock levels and assist with inventory counts - Provide excellent customer service on the shop floor
Requirements
- Strong communication and teamwork skills - Flexible availability including weekends - Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
