Responsibilities
- Maintain visual merchandising standards - Process sales, returns and exchanges - Resolve customer queries and complaints - Achieve individual and team sales targets - Manage stock levels and assist with inventory counts
Requirements
- Comfortable using POS systems - Previous retail or customer service experience preferred - Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift stock - Strong communication and teamwork skills
