Responsibilities
- Resolve customer queries and complaints - Provide excellent customer service on the shop floor - Process sales, returns and exchanges - Maintain visual merchandising standards - Achieve individual and team sales targets - Manage stock levels and assist with inventory counts
Requirements
- Strong communication and teamwork skills - Comfortable using POS systems - Previous retail or customer service experience preferred - Flexible availability including weekends - Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift stock
