Responsibilities

- Administer medication under supervision - Assist with daily living activities for clients - Maintain accurate clinical documentation - Liaise with families and other health professionals - Support infection control and hygiene standards - Provide direct patient care in line with clinical guidelines

Requirements

- National Police Check and Working with Children Check - Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends - Strong communication and empathy skills - Relevant qualification (Cert III/IV, Diploma or Degree) in the field
