Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales targets - Provide excellent customer service on the shop floor - Manage stock levels and assist with inventory counts - Open and close the store following procedures - Resolve customer queries and complaints - Maintain visual merchandising standards
Requirements
- Comfortable using POS systems - Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift stock - Previous retail or customer service experience preferred - Flexible availability including weekends
