Responsibilities
- Manage stock levels and assist with inventory counts - Process sales, returns and exchanges - Resolve customer queries and complaints - Open and close the store following procedures - Maintain visual merchandising standards
Requirements
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Flexible availability including weekends - Comfortable using POS systems
