Description
Boyle Group Pty Ltd is looking for a Retail Sales Assistant to join our Newcastle team. Open-source client-driven infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales targets - Open and close the store following procedures - Maintain visual merchandising standards - Provide excellent customer service on the shop floor - Manage stock levels and assist with inventory counts
Requirements
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred - Flexible availability including weekends - Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift stock - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Comfortable using POS systems
