Responsibilities

- Train and mentor casual team members - Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately - Prepare and present food and beverages to standard - Maintain cleanliness of work and dining areas - Support event setup and pack-down - Deliver friendly, efficient service to guests

Requirements

- Food safety certificate is a plus - Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
