- Manage bookings and guest enquiries - Prepare and present food and beverages to standard - Maintain cleanliness of work and dining areas - Support event setup and pack-down
Requirements
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays - RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Prior experience in a similar hospitality role
