Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation - Liaise with families and other health professionals - Assist with daily living activities for clients - Monitor and record patient vitals and progress - Administer medication under supervision - Support infection control and hygiene standards
Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration where applicable - Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends - Relevant qualification (Cert III/IV, Diploma or Degree) in the field - Current First Aid and CPR certificate
